Booking & Appointments

All appointments require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. Changes to appointment dates or times can be made up to 24 hours in advance.


Cancellations & Lateness

  • 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or changes.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost if the appointment slot cannot be rebooked.

  • If we are able to fill the cancelled slot, your deposit may be transferred or refunded.

  • No-shows will be charged the full treatment amount.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation with full charges applied.


Prepaid Courses & Refunds

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions from prepaid packages will be deducted from your course total.

  • Refunds on unused course treatments are available within 14 days of purchase, minus a £40 admin fee.

  • Unused treatments are refunded at their full individual cost, not the discounted course rate.


Refund Policy – Products

Due to hygiene reasons, no refunds are available for skincare or cosmetic products unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items may be returned directly to the manufacturer, subject to their policy.


Children & Age Restrictions

  • The clinic is a calm, professional space — we kindly ask that children under 12 do not attend appointments.

  • Some treatments are 18+ only.

  • Clients under 18 must provide written parental consent prior to treatment.


Client Forms & Medical Information

  • All new clients are required to complete a health and medical questionnaire before their first treatment.

  • Please inform us of any changes to your health, medical conditions, or medications prior to future appointments.


Pregnancy & Special Conditions

  • We do not treat clients in their first trimester or those experiencing symptoms such as morning sickness or bleeding.

  • Some treatments may still be suitable — please contact us directly for personalised guidance.


Hygiene & Cleanliness

All tools, surfaces, and treatment areas are sanitised thoroughly between each appointment to maintain a safe and clean environment.


Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal items.
We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged belongings during your visit.


Staff Illness or Emergency

In the event of staff illness or unexpected emergencies, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
We will always contact you as soon as possible in such cases.
