Memberships Terms & Conditions
How Payments Work
All Lumi Memberships are paid by monthly Direct Debit, making it easy to spread the cost of your treatments across the year while enjoying priority access and exclusive member benefits.
Commitment Periods
To ensure you receive real results and full value from your membership, each tier has a minimum commitment:
Lumi You: 12 months
Lumi Skin: 6 months
Lumi Luxe: 6 months
After the minimum term, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled with notice.
Booking Your Appointments
To ensure availability and consistent results, we ask that your future appointments are booked in advance across the year when you join your membership.
These appointments can be moved or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, in line with our clinic cancellation policy.
This allows us to reserve priority appointment slots for our members while keeping your care flexible.
Cancellations & Pausing
After your minimum commitment has been completed, memberships can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
Memberships may be paused in exceptional circumstances (such as illness or medical reasons) for up to two months per year, subject to approval.
